Ingredients
12 sweet pastry tarts
12 squares of dark chocolate (60g)
100g Philadelphia cream cheese
50g double thick cream
2 x tbsp castor sugar
1 punnet strawberries
1 punnet blueberries
Cook the tarts in the oven for 10 minutes or until just golden.
Blueberries are highly nutritious fruits being a great source of vitamin C, fibre and other antioxidants. Regular consumption may have a positive effect on blood pressure and cholesterol levels.
