Chocolate Berry Tarts


 
Ingredients


12 sweet pastry tarts

12 squares of dark chocolate (60g)

100g Philadelphia cream cheese

50g double thick cream

2 x tbsp castor sugar

1 punnet strawberries

1 punnet blueberries



Directions

  1.  Cook the tarts in the oven for 10 minutes or until just golden.

     
  2. Remove the tarts from the oven and immediately place one square of dark chocolate into each of the tarts and allow to melt, then spread over the bottom.
     
  3. Meanwhile beat the Philadelphia, cream and sugar with a whisk until well combined.
     
  4. Fill the tarts with the cream mixture and top with berries. Serve immediately.
