Biography
Jessica Maclean is a postdoctoral researcher at the Heart Research Institute. Jessica received her Bachelor of Biomedical Science at the University of the Sunshine Coast (Hons I) in 2012 and completed her PhD studies into novel thrombolytic therapies for stroke in 2020 at the Heart Research Institute/University of Sydney. Her research interests focus on understanding blood clot development in stroke and investigating new thrombolytic drugs for vascular diseases.
