Heart-healthy food tip: Make your snacks count. Maximise your intake of heart-healthy nutrients like antioxidants and fibre by choosing fruit and vegetables as your first option.



  1. Step 1

    Slice up the feta and tomatoes into 1/2 centimetre pieces.

  2. Step 2

    Place one slice of feta onto one slice of tomato and top with a fresh basil leaf.

  3. Step 3

    Do this with the remaining slices. Enjoy!
