60g Greek feta or goat's cheese, sliced
1-2 tomatoes, sliced
A handful of fresh basil leaves
1. Slice up the feta and tomatoes into 1/2 centimetre pieces
2. Place 1 slice of feta onto 1 slice of tomato and top with a fresh basil leaf
3. Do this with the remaining slices. Enjoy!
