The Heart Research Institute (HRI) is delighted to invite you to join us at the Hearts for Eternity Club Year-End Luncheon. This specially curated event celebrates people like you - those who have committed to, or may consider, leaving a gift in their Will to support groundbreaking cardiovascular research.
This event will be held at the Australian National Maritime Museum, situated in the heart of Darling Harbour. Enjoy lunch with a view along with complimentary access to the museum exhibits*.
You will meet one of our groundbreaking researchers, Professor Ben Freedman OAM, Director of External Affairs and Group Leader of the Heart Rhythm and Stroke Prevention Group. Learn how early detection of high blood pressure and irregular heart rhythms can prevent strokes, heart failure, and even dementia. You will also hear a firsthand perspective from stroke survivor Maryanne Bawden, offering insight into the real-world impact of this research.
We look forward to sharing insights into HRI’s groundbreaking mission and the transformative strides we are making in cardiovascular research.
*This does not include access to any of the ships or vessels.
